Water Pulse damage (Lapras)

Is it a bug or was it removed from this TM?

Maybe it happens just with Lapras, it can't do damage.

Slowking's Pulse is working fine:

Water Pulse is a bit messed up imho. It's similiar to "wave" moves like Fire Blast and others. So if your Poke or the second one moves it may miss, because when the move's effect is at square X and it goes onto X+1 square, the Poke moves from X-1 to X square. Hope you get it lol.

Try with different Pokes when they stand still. You will see everything is fine.

Nonoo, you didn't understood my point.

As you can see in the first img, Water Pulse hits the opponent, but the attack didn't do any damage, it just stuned.

Like I said before, it sometimes do damage and sometimes it doesn't (even when the opponent is stand still) Weird bug xd
