There are 20 npcs (10 girls 10 boys)
To complete the mission you need to talk with one (NPC boy) say: hi, valentine, yes.
Now you need to find the Girl valentine for this NPC, you can find 4 npcs in some cities
When you find the NPC say: hi, valentine, yes (you need give the valentine items to the girl)
Next, come back to the Boy NPC and say: hi, love, yes
OK! Mission Complete!
you can do 10 missions every mission you will need more items and you will get better reward!. good luck!
All the cities where the NPCs are: celadon, cerulean, shamouti, mahogany, olivine, violet, saffron, vermilion, fuchsia, azalea.
