Omg, catch rate should be increased.

I used 200 pb, 200 gb, 50 sb and 10 gb for Bulbasaur and I don't caught him! It isn't good.
The same with Haunter.
I used 200 gb, 100 sb and 50 ub. :/

I don't have money for balls, so I finish with this server.
