Im going to go ahead and say yes. I think to be able to get a bike you need to go through like 5 quests. And for premium users since its a mount.

in tibia you can post things in DP but you need postman quest to post the loots at sealed places. What i think my answer will be yes for BIKEMAN quest very long quest to get you a free mount cannot be sold or traded -.^
