Hello everyone!
I know there is a rebalance thread but I don't think it can hurt making a thread about it. I also posted a suggestion there already but in this thread I will work out my suggestion a lot more.
Let's start with some stats:
Well since he is Normal & flying we expect togetic have mostly normal & fly attacks.
let's start with the attacks:
Egg bomb, Doubleslap and lovely kiss. These normal attacks would be just fine if they dealed a fair amount of damage.
But these attacks hit way to less with togetic. Example: Egg bomb hits only 500-600 on level 109 this means I would have todo twice this attack to kill a hoppip level 7! well thats just insane. My advice is make other attacks for it or let these 3 attacks hit more!
Then we have the attack mega punch well I don't really get it why togetic has this attack I would add a fly attack for this one because togetic doesn't have any fly attacks and it is a flying type! A attack like Aerial ace would be good for it I guess.
I based these attack boosts on how much damage other pokemons deal with the same attack move. If you don't want to replace mega punch with aerial ace please rename mega punch with mega kick since togetic doesn't have any arms its pretty hard to punch for him/her... And give mega punch a boost of an additional 400-600 damage.
So with a little boost & change for the attacks it this part will be fine.
Also make selfheal heal 4-6k~ and not 3-5k~ so give it a little boost.
TM's
For the TM learnset I don't really have to say something I think it's just fine.
Abilitie part.
I think Togetic should be able to use the ability light because it's a shining pokemon if you don't want to add light give him a glow like porygon. Also the ability fly could be added but I also understand it's not really realistic because his wings and body are just really small. On the other hand porygon family is small too and togetic doesn't really fly but he floats according to pokemon series on tv.
About his HP & defenses
Well first of all his HP is pretty low. When you compare it to porygon2 (on level 115 have 11k hp BUT it has restore and togetic only has self heal whichs heals only 3-5k~ Also other normal pokes like blissey have a lot more HP! So I think Togetic should have a little HP boost. For his defense he is just fine a normal pokemon shouldn't have high defence.
Conclusion
If the move Aerial ace or a other fly attack type move would be added or maybe a other attack(suggestions are always welcome) Togetic would be way more usefull and easier to XP. Also his basic attacks like lovely kiss etc should have a boost because now he just it way to low. In my opinion self heal should be a bit better. Maybe he need 1-2k more HP and togetic is a really nice pokemon might be still hard to exp but atleast worth it!
So I hope admins will take my request serious and the changes will be implented in the game.
