Shiny turtonator

Dear PAD administation,

I would like to ask You for a little change for sh turtonator.
Normal ver -> shiny ver
Protection -> endure - okay not every poke should have protect but... If it has to be like this then lets leave it
Draco meteor -> draco storm - come on its almost same spell, or even worse. Meeor always hits a pokes which are on the display screen. Draco storm? It depends on luck
Swagger -> clanging scales- its pretty good change

So my point is to review this pokemon. It seems that his shiny form is made (not on purpouse) probably bad.
I dont want to make it another OP pokemon

actually i really like the way turtonator is.. i dont lvl up my turto in ghost pokes, the only way to make it better than it already is, would be replacing swagger for clanging scales, what would make sh turtonator more stupid than already is.

well I only tested normal turtonator so far, but as you say it seems that you claim that normal version is fine and shiny needs improvement.. well maybe if normal version is improved it can be a way to improve shiny in other ways too

I'd like to bump this Thread.

I know we have Tournament coming and Sting already said he is not going to make any other changes, but I do agree Sh Turtonator needs to be rebalance. Maybe after Tournament or someday (s00n), just don't forget about it please.

First thing I'd like to point out is its HP. It only has 19k. I think it should have 21k, since "normal versions" with Endure have 20k hp, and this is Shiny Turto we are talking about. Sh Turtonator has NO counter moves and even though Turto is not weak to Fairy-type pokes, its dragon-type moves make no damage at all to Fairy-type pokemon, so I don't see how 21k would be "too op".

(Even though it's really hard for me NOT to mention the name of other Shiny pokemon with Endure and/or 1 - 2 weaknesses and/or 1 - 2 Immunities and/or Counter moves.... I WON'T COMPARE).
