I would like to ask for a few changes on Shiny Shiinotic

Current Moveset - Changes

Play Rough
Baby-doll eyes
Sleep Talk
Worry Seed
Thunder Wave - Natural Gift (replace thunder wave because it doesn't help it a lot against their weaknesses (except fly type)
Grass Knot
Fairy Blade
Moonlight
Fairy Wind
Strength Sap

Add TM33 Reflect to their tmlearnset (It would make it more useful for level and duels)
Reduce their max hp to 20k (22k actually)
Remove TM156 Fairy blade from tmlearnset (its on moveset already)
Remove TM176 Natural Gift (tm learnset) only if you change it to moveset
