Sceptile/Mega form

Would be fine if this poke is improved, my objective is to improve Mega Sceptile considering that nowadays the dragons seems bad, so I have some suggestions here to improve it in pvp starting from Sceptile.

Sceptile:
Passive: Fury cutter> Dragon pulse
Secret Power
Razor leaf
Dragon breath ----> Drago pulse
Pursuit
Grass knot
Magical Leaf ----> Rock Tomb
Protect
False Swipe
Leaf Blade
Leaf Storm

This change will help him in pvp knowing that the move rock tomb can deal good dmg against most of their weaknesses and is a paralyzing move, I doubt it would be a problem to lvl it in pve because anyway it has leaf blade + leaf storm and it can learn Petal Blizzard.
I think is better , this new passive because I consider this pokes is better if is used far from the enemy,so dragón pulse is a Little better in this case.

Mega Sceptile.

Well, changing Secret Power for Gunk shot, would be a pretty good change knowing that it would help against fairy pokes.
Then, Changing Dragon Dance for Rock Tomb same as Sceptile, it would give him an opportunity against rock/fire/ice/fly.

In last rebalance receive magical leaf, in past was just leaf storm+leaf blade. The sceptile would be kicking back in the past, I do not agree with this change

Rejected. Not every pokemon is supposed to be good in pvp or pve. In this case Sceptile is good at 2nd thing and I don't see a reason of ruining it. Else, it has false swipe and secret power, which with a bit of luck can deal good damage to Sceptile's weakness. Pokemons aren't supposed to be killing them (weaknesses), they can eventually give some difficulty, but that's all. Sceptile gonna stay the way it is.
