Rebalance Pokemon

Wanted to propose a rebalance for these pokeomns.

Vaporeon, picks up a lot is a role

Rosirate, also picks up a lot

Matagross, metagross has no damage nor a

Donphan, this good one should still have more atacks in area, and should also have an exclusive atack of it just like the magnetude before.

Dragonite and Salamance are other bad

Clefable and wigglytuff deserved but also, not only be a support poke one heal

If you have more pokes than bad station post there ...
