rebalance Cloned Toise!

Hello!
I open this thread for trying to get urs attention to rebalance the poor Cloned Blastoise!!
I think is time to Cloned Blastoise learn the water tornado or change the Brine or water spout to water tornado because its unfair cloned kingler can have that move and Cloned Blastoise cant!!
The Cloned Blastoise damaged is a little bit lower in my opinion too! I think the blastoise in this game is undervalued in terms of moves and damage..

Padventure team PLEASE rebalance this beautifull pokemon !!! REVIVE the BLASTOISE!!!!!!
