If i have a charmander lvl 20.
and i give this charmander to my friend to lvl up it.

Can he lvl up my charmander, and later give me back lvl 25, for example?

and another question.

If im lvl 20, for example.
And i have a pokemon lvl 30.

I read that, i can only use pokemon with 10 lvl more that mine, i can't use pokemons lvl 31, for example.

And im lvling.
And my pokemon lvl up to lvl 31.
I will can not use it?
