[Support] Proxy problem

Hello.

Yesterday I started getting connection error 10060. Later I found that I had to disable proxy to be able to log in. But without proxy the game is unplayable (high ping).

Did something happen to the host or something?

Those proxies are from two different companies, so that's problem of your internet connection.

I have a good internet connection and a good CPU to play.
I have a lot of lag with the 2 proxy

in a 50 mbps fiber connection, with an average of 23 ping on some tests and another games, i get 6~13k spikes on pa

To time when I exit the game and open it again. Sometimes happen that after this I got the same and it can be around 10min, sometimes longer.
