Pokemons are balanced?

Hello,now i logged and noticed that my pokemons are stronger,staff balanced the pokemons? because i dont see nothing about this in changelog.

Until an Admin replies, I'm curious to know how do you know that they're stronger? Could you give any details as to how you came about this conclusion?
