Don't know if this is considered a buff or nerf, Wish is pretty good against a lot of pokes and it gives you controlled healing aswell depending on what poke you use it on and 2 other moves to do extra damage or stun like false swipe.

Friend, the point here is to have a higher Heal/tp/fly than alola raichu and togekiss. Most players use one of the two because of this versatility, it would be incredible if there were more pokemon with this skill combo (and I honestly believe that we need more options of pokemon with this combo in the game).

ps: I once suggested to Raissa a Shiny Galarian Rapidash with a fly (the fly would leave a trail of rainbows along the way, something very gay), and asked her to give it a barrier kkkk Dreaming of the perfect Fly/tp/heal !

Its a nice point. Latias dont have an nice damage (in line with others shinies pokemons) and Latios is a psychic pokemon (not userfull). We need damage or healing to turn this Pokemons a nice poke (now its only an rare pokemon).

I like wish in pokemon movesets in many ways. Maybe give Tri Attack on both pokemons to passive (yes, 2 passives on these pokes, why not) and then change Tri Attack into Healing Wish (or Recovery/Barrier).
