Kingdra long ago had octazooka in his move seet, could you put it back for some other attack?

She had octazooka but it was later replaced by brine again and now she have Water Tornado in that place so theres no space for another full dmg aoe (due to water tornado and dragon cry being strong ones with clear smog as a weak one and counter)
