[Support] Johto Box 3

When i made the Johto Box 3 i had problem with fire orb. I had all items npc gaven me the empty orb. I went in Moratles Island and i use under ground orb in statue. Ok all was good. I back to npc and i said :

02:09 Salvatore Rocket: Did you get the charged orb? Or do you need me to make another one?
02:09 Thasar [106]: yes
02:09 Salvatore Rocket: You forgot something...

Ok so i went to red ditto and i used the orb in ditto he transform to moraltles.

02:09 Ditto has absorbed the orb's power!
02:09 You see Ditto.
Position: [X: 2916] [Y: 4373] [Z: 6].

And after it i back to npc i wrote to him :

02:11 Thasar [106]: hi
02:11 Salvatore Rocket: Welcome!
02:11 Thasar [106]: orb
02:11 Thasar [106]: mission
02:11 Salvatore Rocket: Did you get the charged orb? Or do you need me to make another one?
02:11 Thasar [106]: yes
02:11 Salvatore Rocket: You forgot something...

He saw the word "make" when i wrote it he said to me :

02:11 Salvatore Rocket: Get me 8 rainbow powders, 15 steel orbs, 10 red apricorns, 25 Magcargo's hulls and 1 flame plate.

But i done it. When i wrote to Gamemaster he said to me : "You don't do it." and he logout and don't helped me.

You asked to make another orb, that command is used in case you lose it.

Yes but before i said make i used powered orb in ditto and he transform to Moratles and when i back to npc he said 02:11 Salvatore Rocket: You forgot something... and nothing happens.
