well, some professions, like trainer/catcher/adventurer would be nice, for example we will have 5 stages on every of them, trainer would get 2/4/6/8/10% more exp, catcher 2/4/6/8/10% more chances for catch and the last one 2/4/6/8/10% better loot, imo amazing XD

Well, from my point of view I believe that not every kind of system is suitable for the every community. And I think this system you are suggesting is not applicable for PA. When I say this, i'm not doubting of their capacity, if they can or don't to do this, but that the game ( pa) since his begin has his peculiarities and originality, a systems like this would cause a drastic change in much of what has been done so far.
As i said, it's not about if it can to be done (by the capacity way) or not, but if this is applicable to the communty.
