Its still happening.

Everytime i download the client. I try to open it always says the same thing (the application failed to initialize Properly (0xc0150002) please help me

Fixed it after 3 hours of trying... if anyone has the same problem just:
1) download a patch, last one on the list here http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...412-95b9-54d056d6f9f4&displayLang=pl#filelist (its WindowsXP-KB942288-v3-x86.exe )
2) install it
3) get Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 and Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Service pack 1 here http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...2F-5D1A-413D-8319-81DA479AB0D7&displaylang=pl (btw click "Pobierz" on the left as its in polish )
5) install both
6) fixed, enjoy your game
