Hello, i've some questions about house:

- How many houses my char can have ?
- How i pass the house ownership from a char to other char of the same account?
- Here dont have Guildhouse? i trying to find a guildhouse with several rooms for my guild members, but is hard difficulty

I think your character can have 1 house, just like tibia.
You can try to leave your house with alana som and then logon your other character and buy it with alana res but you gotta be fast before other people buy it.
Same, I didn't find any guildhouse,
