[Support] Help with World Transfer

Hello,

Almost 2 months ago I transfered my character: Kino Catcher, to pearl.
Since some real friends started to play in Diamond I really want to transfer back.
I Donated to get the diamonds, since I thought that I had the required settings.
When I now have the diamonds I get the error: 11:32 [error]: Your account's warnings record(notations&banishments) exceeds the limit allowed.
A long, long time ago I have been banned, since my account is already 2 years old. The last months I was a little bit active, and after I transfered to Pearl, I never recieved an warning.

Can an admin please help me to transfer my character: Kino Catcher, back to Diamond?
I have already donated and have the diamonds on stand-by.

I would really appriciate the help.

I said that I got banned more then 1 year ago, and I guess that is the reason I got the warnings or something like that.
I havent been active for a long time past 4 months, and the time I was active I did transfer to pearl. After that time I had no warnings.

All I want is transfer back, I already donated for it..


Hopefully an admin can help me out,

From now there will be a command to change your world.

- You can only change your world monthly and if you have don't have more than 3 account warnings.
- You need 15 diamonds to change your world.
- You cannot change your world if you own a house.
- You cannot change your world if you are standing in a house.
- You cannot change your world if you got pz.
- You cannot change your world to the same world where you are. (anti-tards (?))
- All items will be transfered. (including depot items)
- All quests will be transfered.
- You will be respawned in the same pos where you used the command.
- You need to relogin in your account after use the command.

usage:

!changeworld diamond
!changeworld pearl

I switched him manually(paying the 15 diamonds), he is not a toxic player, so there was no reason to not make an exception
