Hello PAd Community and Members of Staff!

Is it possible to add some of these TMs (or all of them) as counter TMs for PvP?

Rain Dance, Shadow Storm and Earthquake (Normal Rapidash can learn Earthquake, for instance).

i don't see a single reason to why he would have rain dance
i guess i will give him only earthquake due to it being a slower skill and cause normal rapidash have it but there's no way for shadow storm too.
