General idea of this change it's to improve a bit it's Earth-type and take away useless attacks.

Switch Sleep Talk for Twister it's because i think it's enough defense with Protection, so sleep become kinda useless in that sense, also that switch it for twister improves a little it's dragon-type spells in area

Dragon Pulse for Sand Tomb; as i said before, the idea of this it's to improve it's Earth-type spells, so taking away an useless attack like Dragon Pulse, that it does not needs it cause got many others single attack, helps it with its combo

Draco Meteor for Dragon Rush helps Flygon in duel combat, bringing it a nice stun as a dragon spell, also it's enough with Dragon Rage, that it's like same formula

Man sorry but... You doing a good job using that name "loko" flygon is one of the perfect's pokes in the game ( it dont need any change, because is perfect how it is ) sleeptalk useless? Is one of the best area stun in the game, you dont use the stun only for "protections" every poke need at least one stun and help to fight vs another kind of pokes not only with dragon type moves. Discarting this change it dont need dragon rush, about earth powers he already have fissure good and strong ground move, earth power another area ground move... And learn epicenter/earthquake why need more area ground moves? About improving area dragon moves... Tou suggest twister replacing draco meteor? Draco meteor with the new formula is the best area move in the game (dragon) Flygon is very good right now.
