i really think fearow needs a review.

maybe put "quickguard" as passive and add a good move (flying or normal) in the area.

Maybe create some moves like magma storm / diamond storm, but the flying type.

Fearow needs a rebalance for sure but I don't think the answer is to give bullet seed variants to everything. Adding Passive Rage and changing Fascade for Defog for the time being would be enough imo.
