As well as recently suggesting the Coil movement for Serperior , I believe Coil would work well on Eelektross, not to mention that it would go very well with it. And there are few pokemon that can learn it, and it would be a much better option than sleep talk

Nice suggestion. I could not remember which pokemon use coil as move.
Scolipede does and i thought we hadn't this move in game.
Bounce is such a ridiculous choice to an eletric fish.

Most of shiny elek are atm set with TM discarge, It would flood the market with this tm
