Diamond Account - Page won't load.

I am from New Zealand and everytime I log in and click the donate option and then paypal the page won't load. I waited as long as an hour for the page but it just won't load. IS anyone having a similar problem or is this just me? Please help

EDIT: This is funny because i been trying to do it all day and as soon as i post this, it starts to work. neverthless thanks even though no one replied. This thread is no longer relevent,you can delete it if you wish.
