This is near the Magmars, and yesterday there was a dead dragon, and now here is Gligar, Hitmontop, Hoppip, Heracross, Granbull and Girafarig corpses, they are openable like the dragon was, and what is it?))

Interesting, maybe the staff intentionally put them there as part of the "mystery" or they were testing something and had some bugs and the Johto pokemon remained there. Either way, only they can answer that. I don't think they are catchable though.

i think it has do to with an item id in the map editor is different then the item id ingame

Probably. Like they got ddos'd then kicked, spawned in temple and under the fuss of the ddos they were like "oh.... what were we doing?" lol
