There is just to beat poke
Other daily i never made,bcz collecting items suck...
Atleast this one to make that it reset at 00.00h GMT +1 or what is most usual time by amount of players from where they come
or somehow for each timezone to be at 00.00h by their time

If not then it will be 00.00h in europe, and idk 18-19h in Brasil/America/others...

Yes, as Ludacha said they are on Azalea: grass and rock/steel and Mahogany - ghost and also with collecting the points ( these new daily system which some time have You implemented to the game) with NPC in diffrent place.

Does it reset on 00:00 GMT+1 or other timezone* ?

And is it therefore you have been already enabled it or bug?

20:49 Ghost daily quest is ready.
20:49 Grass/steel daily quest is ready.

But today daily did 11:~ GMT+1
