[Complaint] Compensation due to downtime.

Today 11/20/21 the server was down for roughly 1h 30min so I would like to have some kind of compensation about it.
For example I used my catch ticket and just lost 30% of its active time because of some kind of technical problem.
I am aware that the developers (Host of the server, GM, CM or anyone involved) did not want this to happen but I still feel like we have to be compensated either way because it is definetely not the player's fault.
My resolve would be a day of extra catch/loot/exp rate for everyone. alopolicia

Hi,
We are very sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, we cannot fulfill your requests due to fact, that we just had boost for rates active for over 2 weeks and yet birthday mini events are coming, where you will be able to get boost ticket(s) and another boost event for christmas.
