Cloyster is not so popular pokemon and i 'd like to suggest bit buffing him, not much but in my opinion he has very low dmg from blizzard, i mean veery low, 100 lv deals 1,5k per hit, since it's his main ice move and only aoe(not counting aurora beam as aoe) it should be buffed as i said "a bit" like 1,7-8 should be nice, and i would change aqua jest for water gun

Cloyster is dealing the damage it is supposed to deal (1000x1) at level 130. This is normal damage for that kind of spells in most of Pokemons and I don't see a reason why Cloyster should be dealing more.
Cloyster is GOOD and underrated. The reason why it's not so popular is its type which literally sux.
