Can you help recovery my acc?

Hello, as a topic... Can you help recovery my acc? I had format computer and I forgot my account name and e-mail on which it was. On proof you can look on ip addess (it's not good because I have dynamic IP but was that same subnet... ) and I can say more or less what it was on this account. I have video on YT from this account when I recorded some noob... Can you help me?

I know that I'm disadvantage and it is difficult to believe on the "word". But how else could yet prove my right to this account? I know more or less what it was and something reminds me of the beginning of the account, but I'm not sure :/
