[Support] bug without event name Chapolliin Collorado Diamond

I participated in the data event if I had to pay 50k to enter I won the event when I went to get the reward I took the bag to my inventory but my char logged in I didn't see the bag when I came back

Please double check in all possible bags + market locker. It’s not possible for a bug to appear in this case. I also haven’t seen any dropped bag on the floor. Items usually disappear after crashes/rollback and nobody reported anything directly after event.
