BUG on Botanics Studies Quest

Hey, I have a problem starting the Botanics Studies Quest. Jinny sends me back to her brother all the time to do the Glaceon quest (I don't want to). Do you have any ideas?

12:18 Jinny: Hmm, actually my brother Jonnes would be more grateful with your help first in the other side of the island.

ofc. is my first time on the island, im never took glaceon or start/finished glaceon missions
