Amaura fossil bugged

Hi I've got a sail fossil and when I'm trying to ressurect amaura on ice quest final room there's no timer or any information. Does it work similiar to rampardos fossil or it has it's own rules?
Inb4: yes I'm in combat and I don't have any ghost pokemons.

Did you find the ice key and open the book? If I am not wrong that part of the quest is important and necessary to get amaura.

Yes, I've opened the book and got "ressurect the amaura" in quest log steps.
