m1- Telekinesis
m2 - Future Sight
m3 - Seismic Toss
m4 - Confunsion ->> Imprison or Meditate
m5 - Pain Split
m6 - Reflect

m9 - Power trick
m10 - Light Screen
In my opinion the move set of alakazam is very old and tired, so he need some changes.I suggest a better Stun and a better AOE for him.
Another possibility would be to improve the move m7-Psyfusion, just as they did with move Aeroblast from Gyarados.
Obs: Alakazam Learn TM159 Wonder Room and Mega Alakazam have this in move set
