about house editor

Hi, I'm here to suggest a new option to house editor;

It would be nice to have an option which we could be able to remove past floors, because when you put a new floor you can't remove it, even when you leave the house; when you buy a house that doesn't have a good floor or it's incomplete; when you tried something new and then you realized it was better with the original floor etc.

here's an exemple:

How it would work? you'd click remove and then click the SQM (the square) you want to clean.

I was thinking the same thing today, after I bought a house with really ugly floor from the previous owner. Remove option would be awesome.
