About Golduck after Rebalance

Hi; my idea it's to switch Golduck moveset:

Moves:

Tail Whip - m1
Aqua Tail - m2
Aqua Jet - m3
Water Gun - m4
Bubblebeam - m5
Whirlpool - m6
Stunning Confusion - m7
Amnesia - m8
Water Sport - m9 -
Synchronoise - m10
Waterball - Passive

New Moves:

Tail Whip - m1
Aqua Tail - m2
Aqua Jet - m3
Water Gun - m4
Bubble Beam - m5
Whirlpool - m6
Stunning Confusion - m7
Amnesia - m8
Brine - m9
Psychic - m10
Waterball - Passive


· Brine because after lost Hydro Cannon and Waterball kinda, left him with none Area-Water attacks, so become really hard to level it.

· Synchronoise for Psychic because if you decide to put Brine, with both it would be too much op, also because it's bearly Water-Type, and for being just Water it's weard that can have a rare Psychic Attack.


I would really appreciate if you accept my suggestion, or at think about it.

water spot + whirlpool + synchronoise + stunning confusion, that does 3 hits + stuns + water gun (which can hit few pokes) is pretty enough to level up. It can learn brine as TM. So rejected.
You can also learn some cheaper tms such as hydropump.
