That ball was used to caught your first pokemon on begginer island or to learn how to caught pokemons some years ago. (?) xD I didn't played those beautiful moments, so I don't know exactly :c

That ball don't have any use now. You can't use it.

100% Chance Pokeball was on every character at start (Rookguard, characters was at lvl 5)
It really have 100% chance to catch but only on "Rook" pokemons, don't work at Kanto/Johto region.
So if you don't wanna waste it, just keep it as unique thing

haha lol epic i remember when i started and i wanted to catch my first poke but i was thinking im smart fuck weedle,pidgey,caterpie,rattata,oddish

i though i wil fish until i see an Horsea and wanted to trow the ball at Horsea and wtf failed xD

I wanted to get high fishing level and use it on Gyarados, but then I realized I couldn't throw that on other pokes than starter ones ;_;
If you want to get rid of it, just put it in depot forever xd

In my opinion in that time was more funny and interesting when players did their first catch, maybe i don't know, cause did not play in that time.
