Yes will be a good idea Hydropump at lvl 60 or 70

On jolteon Thunder is a lvl 48, and jolteon is 1 or 2 best electric pokemon

i must be a terrible player because a vaporeon 100 can almost kill my jolt 87 witout an area attack
if you add this, vaporeon will own any elctic poke, cuz electric pokes low def and hp
