[Recovery] Steelix (bug?)

Hello, some minutes ago i was lvling using drop and i caught manectric when my Steelix[130] was in the ground, i was move it to the stairs to back for it after go cp and put Manectric in depot, but when i move steelix it dissapear can someone do anything?
