Well, there are higher pokemon exp rates right now + Lucky Egg held (gives 35% more exp to pokemon).

Also, Raichu has Smart Candy, which gives 15% more damage so it kills faster.

There u go: Higher rates, kill faster + more exp with Lucky egg held.

I believe that's enough to lvl up from 80 to 130 in 1,5 hours.
