Shiny Lanturn Request

Would it be possible for you to add TM 039 Discharge to Shiny Lanturn's TM Learnset? My reasons: 1. normal Lanturn can learn it 2. Its alternative, Electric Storm, is rarer and more expensive (Normal Lanturn can learn this one also).
