How a pokemon will advance his level?

When a player advance in level the pokemon advance too? or pokemon will have his own advances?

And how the website will look?

I hope that the website will be not ugly like POBR

Poke will have own advances, exp stage for player will be 1x, for pokemon 1,5x.

Cant be more ugly I think For now we dont have design/template for web, but I can provide that it gonna be awesome
