Problems With my Account! URGENT

First of all I have to say I am a NOOB U.U

My character is Armando Soul, I activated the "Security" for the ip adress because I thought someone was hacking me, well I activated but I didn't see I had to save a "Ip Adress Code" =S now, my modem changed of IP and I can't log in to my char because I don't have this "Code"
Please some support help me!! I know my acc name, my password and I have my Recovery key too! (I am not trying to hack) it is my character! u.u please help me =(
I am premium and don't want to waste my days =(

You're not alone ami me the same thing happened but I do save the ip security and now I put it and says it is wrong even that is not the owner, that does not work seguirdad is better recovery kay ordinary

I also ask for help for my character recueperar am still unable to enter my character is in the world are Euphoo Son perl
