Problem with my Paypal donation from Dec. 4th

I donated $8 4 days ago on the 4th and I haven't recieved my diamonds yet. When I first sent the payment, paypal said "Processing until Dec. 8th" so I waited until the 8th (today) to see if it would go through; Now it says "Payment Cleared" and I still do not have my diamonds and it ended up overdrafting my bank account.

I have the transaction ID if it is needed.
