Problem with Gliscor

Im not sure is it only mine gliscor, but after using false swipe i cant use feint when my moveset came to normal even if any move from false swipe wasnt on feint's place(m7)

It happens with Wish as well. Not sure if it isn't about all pokemons

have delay (cooldown), wish and false swipe.
It would not be fair for him to use other abilities and use his skills right away.

But it is not about moves which we use while pokemon changed its moveset. We can not use another one. Let me give you example
M1 - wish/False swipe
M2 - ember
M3 - rock slide
M4 - fire bolt
M5 - ...
....
Usually while we have changed moveset (wish/false m1) we can use max 3 moves (m2-m4) and after it when we come back to normal moveset we can not use f.e. m5 which haven't been used during changing.

Also I don't agree it should be this way. Wish/False is I think supposed to work this way. Shouldn't be cooldown after changing its moveset.
