Can an option be implemented so as to enable paying via sms or bank transfer or others? I am not from Brazil or Poland or Spain, so my only option is credit card as PayPal also requires having one. I'd like it if there's an option to pay by sms or by calling, would make my life easier.

You can transfer money from bank account ( by normal transfer ) to your paypal account. No need to have credit card.
