New quest?

Hi.
When I discovered next black pole in my Kanto map, I found a new place. There is one wooden bridge, nothing anymore, but how I fly down, I have found new way.


I go along when I saw place to 'find hole' maybe. I went to PC, took dugtrio and go explore


When I go further, I found tombs with one crate behind wall.


I search next find hole place and found this room:

It's new, unfinished quest?
