So about the levels, he said he can't remember exactly but it's around 90, I guess he meant for all.
Chansey and Porygon he got from Casino. Noctowl from halloween event I think. And I'm not sure about Flareon, but that's all info I got.

Chansey, Porygon and Halloween Noctowl were all acquired in 2011, Flareon in 2012. They weren't lost due to a rollback, they all have new owners now.

also, during whole year (in september to be exact) he only used Kabutos, so yeah... Closed.
