In according to the current rebalances, incoming new quests and as a kind of new spell system, let's say so. Wouldn't be a bad idea if you could make Mat Block protecting all around of the pkm who is using this. Take into consideration (if i'm not mistaken) that it has a low duraction comparated to protection, magnet flux etc, i can't see the pkm itself who has this spell not even those around becoming overpowered just by the fact of this protection in area. And you would make it to protect not only the pkms around, but the users (players) around too. Or then, if you don't plan to make it protect all around of the pkm who uses it, make it protect the pkm owner, at least.
