Hello PAd Community!
There is a new pokemon generation (Generation VIII) which means there are new pokemon, new moves, new abilities and updates to some pokemon.
Well, Magikarp was updated and it can now learn Hydropump.
Could you please add Hydropump to its learnset?

*Edit: Maybe you can make some lvl-up restriction obviously, so it cannot evolve when it learns it.
